Excel Industries Shipping Warehouse Hesston, Kansas This Design-Build Project was awarded to Riley Construction because our team was able to move quicker than bigger firms, to go from concept to construction in the time required by the owner for their operation. This 40,000 sf warehouse, with 13 loading dock height doors, was designed in under 30 days, and construction was completed in under 150 days. The 200 foot clear span design will allow the owner to utilize the space in a multitude of pallet rack configurations.
