Rural Water Operations Facility

Rural Water District Office and Shop St. George, Kansas Design-Build Project for Rural Water District #1 of Pottawatomie County. We completed a 7,200 square foot shop with a 1,300 square foot wood frame mezzanine, storm shelter, and 3,800 square feet of office space. Along with that we designed a top running interior gantry crane, installed a standing seam roof with a roof walk system and built covered parking with a covered entry porch. We also completed 22, 800 square feet of asphalt paving, a 4,000 square feet gravel drive and storage area. In total there was eight acres of sitework.
